These program are designed to burn maximum amount of fat, and to build muscle. Fun and effective exercise routines such as circuit training, weight lifting, cardio, and tons of information that will help you with your journey. Free meal plan, and detox recipe is included.
Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or endurance training or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building or muscular endurance. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for the next circuit. Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise. For beginners and advance individuals.
Step aerobics is a classic cardio workout. It's lasted for decades for a simple reason: It delivers results. The "step" is a 4-inch to 12-inch raised platform. You step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing, and strengthen your muscles. Step aerobics moves range from simple to advanced. The most basic is a step-up, step-down. Once you get more experienced, you do moves that take you over the top and around the step forwards, sideways, and backwards.

1. Make sure you start eliminating artificial sugar, fried food, process food, out your diet.
2.Start adding Organic fruits and vegetables and water in your diet so that the Liver will have help doing its job.
3.Drink either the fruit smoothie or the green drink first. Don't just gulp it. swish it around and chew it. Finish both before you start your detox. Its important to get nutrients in your body first to support the liver. Shake jar before consuming.
4. Drinks lots of water. aim for at least a gallon a day.
5.drink the Milk thistle detox drink Preferably Hot. Pour in a pot til it boil and sip (tea) You may drink it cold as well.
6.Exercise or sit in a sauna to release the toxins out the fat cells.
7.Take a bath in espon salt.
