Directions and Ingredients

 

Before you start your cleanse consult with doctor.
1. Make sure you start eliminating artificial sugar, fried food, process food, out your diet.
2.Start adding Organic fruits and vegetables and water in your diet so that the Liver will have help doing its job.
3.Drink either the fruit smoothie or the green drink first. Finish both before you start your detox. Its important to get nutrients in your body first to support the liver. Shake jar before consuming.
4. Drinks lots of water. aim for at least a gallon a day.
5.drink the Milk thistle detox drink Preferably Hot. Pour in a pot til it boil and sip (tea) You may drink it cold as well.
6.Exercise or sit in a sauna to release the toxins out the fat cells.
7.Take a bath in espon salt.


 

The 24 hour cleanse consist of - A liver Detox Ingredients: Milk Thistle, Turmeric, Ginger, Cayenne Pepper, Ashawagandha, Peppermint oil, black seed oil


The Fruit Smoothie is Organic Fruit. Mostly berries with a splash of banana and a splash of Ashwagandha for energy.


The Green Drink is all Organic vegetables - Carrots, Celery, Kale, Spinach Leaves, Cucumber, Lime or beets
